I was referred by GP to Health Harmonie for a lesion on my face. The first appointment was for a consultation. Received the appointment in the post, I re-arranged by phone for a more suitable time and the appointment went well. I was informed at the consultation that I would received a letter in 2 weeks for surgery. After a lengthy wait, I did not receive a letter so called Health Harmonie. They arranged a surgery appointment over the phone - making me question whether they ever did send a letter out? Attended the surgery appointment which was made for a Saturday (really pleased they offer Saturday appointments as this means no time off work). The surgeon was fantastic - he was very honest about the scaring that may occur if he carried out the procedure and invited a second opinion from the consultant. They put my mind at ease that the lesion was nothing to be concern about and that having the surgery would be of no benefit. The ultimate decision was left in my hands and I felt equipped with the knowledge to make the right choice. This would have been a 5 star review had it not have been for the following; • the lengthy wait for the phone calls to be answered. • the lack of local knowledge of call handlers when selecting suitable appointment locations. • the lack of communication following the initial consultation - if I was made aware that I would need to call to arrange an appointment, I would have done this soon.

I would plead with women to seek treatment from their local NHS services. My experience with this company was horrendous. I underwent a procedure with NO PAIN RELIEF that I was not told would be painful. They were not equipped to do the procedure and the procedure failed. I am now back under the local hospital to carry out the procedure and the NHS staff there are fantastic.

Dreadful. Attended an ultrasound appointment 5 minutes early only to be told my appointment had been cancelled (this was then 15 minutes after my appointment time). They tried to tell me I’d called and cancelled it myself that morning, I certainly hadn’t. The sonographer was inside the treatment room chatting, with the door open, clearly talking to a friend or colleague. No other patients were in the waiting room, they told me they couldn’t see me as the appointment slots are only 10-15 minutes, but there was no one else there! The healthcare assistant could tell I wasn’t happy (left work early, sat bursting for the toilet as the scan required a full bladder) and the best they could do was offer me the contact information for their patient feedback phone line which was closed! It was only 4pm!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their stanndard of care to the patient is terrible and clear that they are not interested in the patient. Treated my mum terrible and still ongoing with them. Governess team don't respond, ignore complaint. The call centre manger didn't really help and was rude, Badly trained call centre staff who dont care. I wish they never saw her or ever was refered to them. If these are your option for treatment, ask for somebosy else. They lie and ignore your concerns, treat patients with no respect or quality of care. This is the worse healthcare to be treated by. If i was able, I would of given them no stars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have recently had the unfortunate experience of being moved to Health Harmonie from my previous provider, and to date it has been nothing short of disappointing. I have now had two dermatologist appointments, and both have left me unimpressed. The doctors were dismissive, unengaged, and unable to offering any meaningful guidance that I wouldn't be able to google. The service feels like nothing more than a medication-issuing conveyor belt. There is no advice, no empathy, and no genuine attempt to understand patient concerns. Each appointment barely lasts five minutes, creating an uncomfortable and rushed environment that doesn't feel patient-centred in the slightest. Why enter a people facing professionif you lack basic social skills? I am fortunate that my condition is not as severe as many others’, but I can’t imagine how frustrating and disheartening it must be for someone in genuine distress to wait weeks or months for an appointment, only for it to be treated as an inconvenience by the very people meant to help. To Health Harmonie: please invest in people-skills training and compassionate-care standards. Dermatology is a patient-facing profession, and empathy, basic communication, and active listening are not optional. Every patient is dealing with their own challenges and deserves to be treated with respect, understanding, and proper care. Given my experience so far, I will also be escalating this matter to PALS to ensure it is formally reviewed and addressed.
