Awful service. Since my son had his ADHD assessment, both psychiatrists who assessed and provided medication have now left, his case wasn't handed over to anyone so we had to contact them to get a new clinician. They now want MORE money for a longer session with the new clinician and to top it all off, the Dr I had made an appointment for (Dr Siggers) didn't even turn up for the appointment.

This is the future of our NHS. There is absolutely no interest in providing any sort of service, they just make you wait 18 months for 20 minute appointment so they can bill us hundreds of pounds. To give an idea of their incompetence it took them 9 months to reply to a message complaining about my service.

Apologies in advance for the long post but how they are treating people is abhorrent. This is my observed experience. Resubmitted my trustpilot review as my review was ‘rejected’ as being not genuine. Least here I can share. I am utterly disgusted by how they have treated my partner. He started the process early 2024 and they ‘misplaced’ him TWICE meaning 3-4months in he had to RESTART the process. After finally getting an ADHD diagnosis around early 2025 (I thought it was way later in Oct but I got mixed up with my own appts) he didn’t get notified of a trial for meds until early February. It’s not even a face to face/video appointment. It’s all online portal, with a questionnaire every two weeks. Not enough time to even get used to medication. His tritation is 6 weeks ONLY and is led all by him. Someone with ADHD has to remember and follow up on a medical appt. Seriously?? He fills out a questionnaire every 2 weeks so not enough time to see if the meds are working. Any messages he gets they answer 2-3 days as standard. When he FINALLY reached the top of the list, he was told he would be contacted in 2-5 days. 2 weeks later (after many calls) he was told they couldn’t contact the assigned prescriber and they ‘didnt know’ what was going on. He was then assigned someone else (another 1-2 weeks). The prescriber message was a WALL OF TEXT asking about forms and details to fill out which he wasn’t sent so he had to ask for these as they ‘forgot’ to send them. After being told he will finally be able to trial medication, 9th March he was sent a message on his portal that there was an ‘admin error’ which has caused an ‘unfortunate delay’. No other details or timelines and no updates to date. The duty of care is appalling. The way they handle patients they should be ashamed. The fact they’re the go to for RTC is frankly disgusting. When he started this process and saw all the positive reviews we were hopefully. That hope has been scrapped. Wish I looked at the Google reviews. Because of his early experiences I refused to use them when my GP automatically assigned me Psych UK despite me outlining another company. DO NOT USE THEM. I myself am diagnosed AuDHD. Went with a different company (clinical partners). Started RTC March 2025, both diagnoses Sept 2025, trialling meds Oct 2025 and still trialling as mine has no end date to ensure my physical and wellbeing are doing well on the doses. It’s all f2f video appts, thorough conversations, reminders, and follow ups throughout. The contrast of our care is astounding.
