Directory Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about ADHD clinics. However:

  • Clinic details, services, and prices may change without notice
  • We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listings
  • Inclusion in our directory does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation, and we do not assess or accredit the clinical quality of any clinic
  • You should verify all information directly with clinics before making decisions

Find Your Match

Our “Find your match” questionnaire filters and sorts our directory according to the answers you give. It is a search and comparison tool, not a clinical assessment. It does not screen for, indicate or diagnose ADHD or any other condition, and the clinics it returns are matched on practical criteria such as location, service type, price and availability — not on a judgement about what care you need.

There are two ways you can ask us to pass your details to a clinic, and both are optional.

Enquiring with one clinic. Clinic pages carry a form for asking that clinic about an assessment, shown when we have confirmed the clinic's email address can receive mail. Your enquiry goes to that one clinic only, which the Send button names before you send, and they pay us nothing for it — whether a clinic can receive these never depends on payment. What differs by plan is how they answer: a clinic with a Featured listing receives your contact details and usually replies directly, while a clinic without one replies through our portal and we pass that reply on to you. The privacy notice sets this out in full.

Being matched by the questionnaire. At the end of the questionnaire you may optionally ask us to pass your contact details to clinics so they can contact you. If you do:

  • Your details go to a maximum of three clinics
  • You have not chosen a clinic here, so we choose. We pick on how close a clinic is to you and whether it does what you asked for; one of the three may be a clinic that advertises with us. See How We Make Money below
  • How a clinic answers depends on its plan: a clinic with a Featured listing receives your contact details and usually contacts you directly, while a clinic without one is never given your phone number, gets no contact details with its copy of the enquiry, and replies through us — though it can see your email address in our portal. Where a clinic replies through us, we keep those messages here so you and the clinic can both read the conversation, and we email you a private link to it when a clinic writes back
  • We are not a party to anything you agree with a clinic, and we do not arrange, supply or supervise any assessment or treatment
  • We cannot guarantee that a clinic will contact you, how quickly it will, or that it will offer you an appointment
  • We delete the messages after six months, and you can delete them yourself sooner — the delete button is on the conversation page. The rest of your questionnaire is erased twelve months after you submit it
  • Once a clinic has your details it becomes responsible for them as its own data controller, and its own privacy policy applies

You never have to share your details to use the directory. How we handle this information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

How We Make Money

We make money by selling clinics a subscription called Pro. A Pro clinic's listing appears in marked positions that are always badged “ Featured” — the label patients see. When someone completes the questionnaire and asks to be contacted without having picked a clinic themselves, one of the places is reserved for a Pro clinic wherever an eligible one exists; the rest go to the clinics that best fit what the person asked for, regardless of what anyone pays us. Enquiries sent to a clinic directly from its own page are different: they go to whichever clinic the person chose, and we do not charge for them.

Featured is paid advertising, and it can lift a clinic's position in our lists. Featured clinics are always labelled, and paying affects the order of a list in these ways only:

  • region and city pages list Featured clinics first;
  • the clinic directory pins Featured clinics above its list until you sort it by a column, and category pages show a rotating few first and keep a place on the page for every Featured clinic;
  • where two clinics are otherwise equal — in your questionnaire results, among similar clinics, or in a table sorted by one of its columns — the Featured one comes first, unless the other is nearer to you;
  • the clinics shown inside an article can include one Featured clinic, listed first;
  • our Right to Choose letter tool lists Featured clinics first until you enter a postcode, after which it lists the nearest first;
  • the matches we email you list up to two Featured clinics first.

Every list on this site where payment affects the order says so on the page. Paying never changes the order of our Right to Choose comparison table, and it never changes a clinic's rating or reviews: we do not accept payment to alter a rating, or to remove or moderate a clinic's reviews or regulatory information. The ratings we show are calculated only from the figures that review platforms such as Google and Trustpilot publish; where a clinic is rated on more than one, its star is their average, weighted by the number of reviews on each.

Pro is priced by the number of places you appear: £99 a month or £990 a year for one location, £179 a month or £1,790 a year for two or three, and £299 a month or £2,990 a year for four to six. Groups of seven or more locations are priced individually — get in touch. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. It is billed in advance, renews until you cancel, and you can cancel at the end of any period you have paid for. Clinics with a portal account can start or cancel it themselves from the clinic portal; otherwise get in touch.

Matched patient enquiries go to the clinics we judge closest and most suitable for that person, and one of the three places is reserved for a Featured clinic wherever one is eligible — shared fairly among them against the demand the directory actually receives. We do not promise any particular number. What we do promise: if a paid period delivers fewer than two matched enquiries, we detect it and credit it, without you having to ask. Enquiries a patient sends you directly from your own listing are free and sit outside this count.

Clinic Listings and the Clinic Portal

If you manage a clinic listing, hold a clinic portal account, or receive a patient enquiry from us, you additionally agree that:

  • You are authorised to act for the clinic, and the information you publish through the portal is accurate, kept up to date, and complies with UK advertising and healthcare rules — including the rules that prohibit advertising prescription-only medicines to the public
  • You will keep your account credentials secure and will not share them outside your organisation
  • We may correct, suspend or remove a listing that we believe to be inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or no longer operating
  • Enquiries you receive through us relate to an individual who asked to be contacted about an assessment, and include information about their health. You must use their details only to reply about that enquiry, comply with data protection law as an independent controller, and stop contacting them on request. You must not add them to a marketing list or pass them to anyone else
  • You can stop receiving patient enquiries at any time using the link in any enquiry email, or by asking us. Your listing stays exactly as it is either way
  • Pro subscriptions are billed in advance, renew until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the paid period. We do not refund part-used periods

Webhooks and the API

The clinic portal can send data to systems you choose: an outbound webhook, and read-only API keys. Both are optional, both are set up by you, and both are documented at /developers. If you use either, you additionally agree that:

  • You choose the destination. We send only to an address you configure, and you can remove a webhook or delete an API key at any time, on any plan
  • Webhook messages contain reference numbers, times, service categories and status. They do not contain a patient's name, email address, telephone number or the message they wrote
  • An API key with the enquiries:read scope does return patient contact details and the message they wrote, which is information about their health. When you or a system acting for you receives that data, you are an independent controller for that copy — its security, its retention and any request the patient makes about it are yours to answer, and the obligations above about using enquiry details only to reply apply to it in full
  • You are responsible for the security of your API keys and your webhook signing secret, and for anything done using them. Each key is shown once; we store only a hashed version and cannot recover it
  • We may suspend an integration that is being used in a way that endangers patient data or the service, and we may change or withdraw these interfaces with reasonable notice
