Yes, Psymplicity Healthcare works with NHS GPs under shared care agreements. This means your GP may be able to take over prescribing and monitoring after your initial titration period.

A full ADHD assessment takes 80 minutes.
What is Psymplicity Healthcare's cancellation policy?
Appointments may be cancelled for a full refund provided that at least 48 hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Please note:
- Cancellation requests must be received between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Any cancellation request submitted after 5pm, on a weekend, or on a bank holiday will be deemed to have been received at 9am on the next working day.
- This means that, in some cases, you may need to cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment in order to qualify for a full refund.
After this time, all assessment, reviews and therapy appointment fees are fully chargeable and non-refundable, as it ensures efficient allocation of vital resources to serve you and others effectively. While our primary mission is to assist as many individuals as possible, we understand unique circumstances may arise.
In exceptional cases, at the absolute discretion of Psymplicity’s leadership team, refunds may be considered, provided we can promptly fill the appointment slot with sufficient notice. Therefore, please regard your fee as typically non-refundable, but rest assured, we strive for fairness and flexibility when possible.
