was reffered by my GP beginning of this year after 4 weeks I was given the questionnaires and provided with a assessment date, my assessor was very understanding and helped with what I was trying to describe, and listened to, the diagnostic took around 12 weeks which was advisedto my when i had my assessment, the assessment process was only around 90 mins but I didn't feel rushed and was assured it wouldn't matter if we ran over time. The whole process 9 months from refferal to treatment,The only down side is the communication as to receive a response to a email took a week, but their website did state they are having high demands,. But hopefully this should be resolved soon,

In my opinion they don’t stick to there time frames on diagnosis, they have had very little contact with my over the 18 months or so, I appreciate it’s difficult to diagnose things, but not doing this in a timely manner doesn’t help, as certain diagnosis’s need to be confirmed before appropriate medication can be given, for me to have an improved quality of life moving forward as I’ve had lots of mental health struggles from being a child. They also haven’t responded or acknowledged my compliant asking for written answers. GP Informed

These guys refused the referral by my GP. I have been waiting for years to be assessed. 1 star. As they did not tell the GP the reason why. Literally been waiting years to get treatment, so these guys have just wasted about 9 months of my life.

Please steer away from RTN Mental Health Solutions. They misinform you on waiting times, for both assessments and reports. I started my AuDHD journey in January, and 10 months later I'm still waiting for my ADHD report. This is after e-mailing them twice to chase and sending a message through Facebook. As someone has already mentioned, how they manage to bag a NHS is mind blowing. Please, if you're wanting an assessment via the 'Right to Choose', I'd definitely go with another company.

How this company was ever awarded an NHS contract is beyond comprehension. I was led to believe they were capable of delivering a high quality, hassle free assessment and in relatively good time. My family and I missed the deadline to submit the pending RTN report to the EHCP assessment stage. It’s been almost 12 months and we still do not have a quality report available. Timescales were certainly not realistically achievable and seem to only be an advertising gimmick. I had to formally complain several times with regard to a lack of diagnostic clarity. Factual errors contained in the report and a disjointed diagnostic narrative which is unfit for its intended purposes. Even the member of staff providing the post-diagnostic interview was conceded about the quality of the report. In addition, in error, RTN breeched my child’s medical records and shared this information, a full report to other parties without my expressed consent. In fact I had telephoned the service ahead of time to ensure they understood that I did not consent to information sharing. I will be taking this matter up with the NHS clinical commissioning group to address a significantly substandard and poor quality of patient care.
