Consultant-Led ADHD Service Available Nationwide

Well Life Clinic was founded by senior GPs. Their first ADHD service was launched with Surrey and Borders Partnership to help clear the NHS waiting list, which has since been cited by the national ADHD task force as a model of choice, proudly featuring on BBC Breakfast. The service is now being rolled out nationally to better support patients, clinicians, and the NHS. The service covers full end-to-end care including diagnosis, medication and ongoing management.

Well Life Clinic is CQC-registered, offering virtual adult ADHD assessments through the NHS Right to Choose pathway. Our large team of GPs is led by Dr Hijab Khan, a UKAAN-accredited GP with specialist interest in ADHD, with all diagnoses reviewed by consultant psychiatrist Dr Jeremy Mudunkotuwe (BM MA MRCPsych).

Referral Process

The process is simple. Download a self-referral letter from the Well Life ADHD Clinic website, give it to your GP, and they send it off. Then Well Life ADHD Clinic will be in touch to book an assessment and guide you through the process.

Assessment Process

The robust assessment process involves clinical interviews, advanced diagnostic tests, and behavioural observations, ensuring an accurate diagnosis.

Treatment & Ongoing Care

Following diagnosis, Well Life ADHD Clinic covers the full pathway including medication titration and ongoing management. Prescriptions are filled at the patient's chosen pharmacy, with a £20 charge per prescription, unless you are exempt.
