I saw Dr Salah Omer at Kingsbridge following a neurology referral from my GP. I have to say that the experience was overwhelmingly positive, both in terms of professionalism and attitude. Dr Omer was very polite, put me at ease and did a thorough examination of my symptoms. He was very engaging, easy to speak to and reassuring in his manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone worried about neurological symptoms.

I have just had foot surgery performed by Dr Gérard Kelly. He is just an amazing surgeon. He is so patient focused. He exiplains in great detail , all that is involved with the surgry . He allows you time to express any concerns or worries one might have, in relation to the surgery. I can not thank him enough , for performing such brilliant work on my foot. I would also like to express so much thanks, to all the nursing staff , who cared for me before and after my surgery. The level of care I received was amazing. To the Theatre nurse, the Anaesthetist, and the kitchen staff , many thanks to each and every one of you. I have to give a special thank you, to the male nurse Mark. The care and attention I received after my surgery , was outstanding. He could not do enough for me, to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. There is a very special thank you, to two remarkable ladies.They are the foot specialist nurses. Melissa and Honor. The went above and beyond their job , when I ran into a bit of bother. The came in specially to help sort out an issue I had. I can not thank both of them enough, for all their kindness and help, they shown me. I really appreciate it. I can honestly say , thay my experience in knightsbridge Private Hospital was exceptionally. It is an amazing hospital, with the best staff ever. Just had an Inguinal Hernia operation yesterday (4th December 2025) - such a great team. From entering with a beaming smile from the girls at reception right through to pre op and post op - everyone was amazing. Great surroundings, great food, great care. Couldn’t ask for more. Big thanks to everyone for making it as easy as it possibly could be👏👌🥰.

Fantastic hospital. Couldn't fault it in any way. From initial consultation to the operation today everything has been first class. All staff are happy in their work, very pleasant and not just because its their job but they are very genuine people. It is a hospital that all other hospitals should aspire to be as good as. If I need anything done in the future this will be my 1st port of call! I don't think I would bother looking anywhere else.Just brilliant all round. Thanks to all the staff you are very much appreciated.

I had my knee arthroscopy surgery at Kingsbridge Private Hospital and, overall, the initial experience was very good. The facilities are excellent, the environment is modern and comfortable, and the equipment is top quality. Both the nurses and the doctors treated me extremely well throughout the process. However, I was quite disappointed with the post-operative guidance. I was told by both doctor and physio that I wouldn’t need crutches and that I would be able to walk normally the next day. Unfortunately, that was not the case — three days later I still cannot put my foot on the ground. I am now having to seek support from the NHS to obtain crutches and the necessary after-care. It’s very easy for the private sector to benefit from performing the surgery, but then leave the after-care to the public system. I expected more consistency and responsibility in the post-operative advice.
