Assessment Process
A free ASRS screening questionnaire comes first, taking under three minutes. The assessment itself is a structured clinical interview covering ADHD symptoms, developmental history and daily functioning, supported by validated ADHD rating scales, and concludes with a written diagnostic report. A diagnosis is given only where the clinical evidence supports it.
Who They Serve
Dr Sami assesses adults aged 18 and over. This service does not currently include ADHD medication prescribing or treatment planning — the written report can be shared with your GP to discuss medication and treatment pathways.
