Harley Therapy was established in 2006 and provides ADHD assessment for adults and teenagers from three London clinics — Harley Street, the City and Borough. Adult ADHD assessment is £1,975, a combined ADHD and autism assessment £3,500, and follow-up appointments £300.

Assessment Process

Assessments are carried out at one of the three London clinics. Harley Therapy does not publish its ADHD assessment steps, appointment lengths or the specific diagnostic instruments it uses — ask when you enquire, and ask which of its psychiatrists would be assessing you, since the site does not flag ADHD specialism per clinician.

After Diagnosis

Adult ADHD psychiatry and follow-up appointments at £300 are available. Ask whether prescribing can transfer to your GP under a shared-care agreement once treatment is stable.

Right to Choose

Harley Therapy does not accept NHS Right to Choose referrals, so assessment here is self-funded or through insurance.
