From the moment I first made contact, the reception and bookings team were friendly, efficient, and made everything as smooth as possible. The initial assessment was handled with great care and professionalism, and I really appreciated the thoughtful and compassionate approach throughout. The therapist I worked with afterwards was excellent. She was supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me make progress. I had a very distressing experience at this clinic during a couples session with Daniel Marud. Unfortunately, I felt the psychologist crossed professional boundaries by introducing personal opinions and comments that made me feel extremely uncomfortable and upset. Rather than helping to de-escalate a very sensitive situation, I left feeling more distressed than when I arrived. Certain remarks felt inappropriate in a therapeutic setting and lacked the empathy and professionalism I expected. Sadly, this experience worsened my emotional state rather than helping it. I would strongly advise anyone seeking therapy to carefully consider their options before booking here.

Terrible experience over the course of 5 months for my teenage daughter. Despite various feedback to the management team on the customer service, communication and admin. I was left waiting weeks for responses on her care and when trying to get feedback on my daughter's treatment I was left in the dark. I have never written a google review but felt compelled to do so after the consistently poor experience we have had which is simply not acceptable when it comes to mental health.

A very poor experience with Schoen Clinic UK. The experience with one of the clinical staff was so bad that I requested a refund. The interaction with the doctor was negative. The report that was paid for was delivered after a significant delay beyond the agreed deadline, and contained factual inaccuracies. A long-awaited follow-up appointment was cancelled by the doctor with 2.5 hours' notice. When the next appointment finally happened the doctor's manner was most unprofessional. Schoen Clinic UK made administrative errors in follow-up bookings and on occasion took several days to respond to emails. Terrible admin and poor clinical care.
