ADHD & Clinical Services

ADHD & Clinical Services is a CQC-registered independent service providing specialist adult ADHD assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing support across the UK via secure online appointments.

The service is led by Sharon Fuller, an experienced Mental Health Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber with a specialist interest in ADHD and wider mental health. Alongside her private practice, Sharon works as a Clinical Lead within an NHS Adult ADHD service and has extensive experience within mental health and psychiatry.

We understand that seeking an ADHD assessment can feel like a significant step. Our approach is warm, thorough and person-centred, taking time to understand not only symptoms, but how they affect everyday life, relationships, work and wellbeing.

Where ADHD is diagnosed and medication is clinically appropriate, we can provide prescribing, medication titration and ongoing reviews.

We also offer ADHD coaching, Solution Focused Therapy and psychological support, helping people better understand their ADHD and develop practical strategies that work for them.

Appointments are available online, including daytime, evening and weekend options.
