I recently completed my titration process after my diagnosis of ADHD given by Dr Sai Achuthan at the ADHD Health Clinic.He was wonderful. I had been feeling very anxious and overwhelmed about getting a diagnosis as an older woman. But Dr Sai made the process feel very natural and as relaxed as possible. My diagnosis came as a huge relief and made sense out of the various unexplained difficulties I have had through out my life. With a completed titration, I am feeling better than I have done for a very long time and am optimistic for the future in a way I couldn't have imagined. The staff and Dr Achuthan have been incredibly supportive throughout the process. Thank you so much.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an appointment with Dr Ramesh today and genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. From the beginning, he was incredibly warm, kind and easy to talk to. I immediately felt comfortable and, most importantly, listened to. Dr Ramesh was extremely thorough and took the time to understand me as a whole person rather than simply focusing on my ADHD diagnosis. We discussed how ADHD affects my everyday life. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was simply going through a checklist. We discussed medication and treatment options properly, and I felt completely involved in the decisions about my care. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions and made what could have been quite an anxious appointment feel genuinely positive. The whole service from ADHD Health Clinic has been excellent, but Dr Ramesh in particular deserves recognition. Compassionate, knowledgeable, professional and clearly someone who genuinely cares about his patients. I came away from the appointment feeling very grateful that I had chosen this clinic. I honestly cannot recommend Dr Ramesh and ADHD health clinic highly enough!! Thank you 🙏

We had an excellent experience with ADHD Health Clinic from start to finish. The administrative team were consistently responsive, efficient, and easy to deal with, which made a real difference early on. Dr Mashru was generous with his time and highly effective in triaging our situation. The combined ADHD and Autism assessment carried out by Dr Goodsell and her colleagues was exceptionally thorough, and the resulting report was impressively detailed and clearly personalised. Just as importantly, their manner with our daughter was warm and reassuring, helping her feel completely at ease throughout. In terms of treatment, Dr Green was outstanding. She is a truly attentive listener and guided us carefully through a complex treatment decision, clearly outlining the pros and cons in the context of coexisting conditions. We never felt rushed—quite the opposite, she made us feel as though she had all the time in the world. Her ability to draw on personal experience added a level of empathy that was both reassuring and deeply appreciated. Finally, Dr Mashru went above and beyond to ensure continuity of care, proactively anticipating potential delays around bank holidays and putting solutions in place so that medication was received on time. All in all, we are incredibly grateful we chose ADHD Health Clinic during what was a very difficult period for our family.

I have had an amazing experience with the ADHD Health Clinic, and really recommend them if you are seeking a supportive environment and thorough assessment. I originally saw Dr Mashru for an ADHD assessment, who was clear and articulated the whole process in a way that felt accessible, and made me feel calm from the start of the appointment - which was important for me as I felt nervous going into the assessment. Dr Mashru quickly identified two other conditions to consider from my written report and interactions that I hadn’t recognised, which proved integral to my diagnosis and also my understanding of myself. I really appreciated that Dr Mashru’s recommendations and responses felt very thoughtful and that care was being taken to ensure that nothing was misunderstood or was missed. At no point did the assessment feel like a checklist or tick-box exercise, and instead I felt that Dr Mashru was friendly and positive about finding the correct diagnosis for me, which meant that when I left I felt like I had been taken seriously and was reassured that I had started the right process, and wasn’t wasting anyones time which has sometimes been a worry that has stopped me from seeking help, for which I am really grateful. I was recommended to see Dr Sadiq for an ASD assessment, and I also cannot recommend him enough. Dr Sadiq was very kind and encouraging, and I felt that I was really being listened to. I was given time to explain things that I had never verbalised aloud and had only begun to process myself, and I never felt rushed or stressed. Dr Sadiq was very attentive and calm, and the assessment felt structured but also like a conversation with solid pace that made me feel less anxious. I really liked that we spoke about a wide range of topics, and Dr Sadiq provided me with clear explanations that were also incredibly compassionate and empathetic. I never felt judged when describing things that might seem small, but have a big impact for me. Dr Sadiq created a safe and supportive environment that was reassuring in the appointment, but has also positively impacted both my wellbeing in the weeks following, and life more generally at the beginning of this important journey for me. I have always felt that I can reach out to the clinic with any questions, and when I have they have responded quickly and professionally, meaning I have felt supported throughout every interaction. I feel very lucky that I was able to choose to have my assessments here, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I really want to say thank you to the whole team, and especially to Dr Mashru and Dr Sadiq for their kindness and their help. Thank you so much!!
