The ADHD Clinic provides consultant psychiatrist-led ADHD assessments from £1,200 for adults and £1,750 for children at their CQC-registered Bexhill clinic, with secure online assessments available UK-wide. Led by Dr Sajid Suleman (treating ADHD since 2008), the clinic is the specialist sister service of Expert in Mind — a mental health assessment provider with over 16 years of experience.

Assessments follow NICE guidelines, run approximately two hours, and include QbCheck objective testing alongside validated clinical interviews. A comprehensive diagnostic report is delivered within two weeks and is accepted by the NHS.

Assessment Process

A free screening questionnaire determines whether a full assessment is appropriate. Adult assessments last around two hours and combine clinical interview, developmental history, validated questionnaires, and — where indicated — the FDA-cleared QbCheck to measure attention, activity and impulsivity. Child assessments additionally include parent and teacher questionnaires and direct observation.

Beyond Diagnosis

The clinic provides ongoing medication titration (typically four follow-ups before stabilisation), annual psychiatrist reviews, ADHD-focused therapy (CBT and ACT), executive-function coaching, and parent guidance. Standalone adult autism assessments are also available from £1,250.
