Oxford ADHD & Autism Centre has been assessing ADHD and autism in children, young people and adults for over a decade in Oxford, in person or online. Adult ADHD assessment is £1,000 and child assessment £1,100. The centre is registered with the Care Quality Commission, and no referral is needed.

Assessment Process

Five stages: a free 30-minute pre-assessment call; pre-assessment preparation, where you and people you nominate complete questionnaires through a secure online portal; the assessment appointments themselves, structured conversations with clinicians; the outcome, explained in person and in a detailed written report — which may be a diagnosis, no diagnosis, or an alternative explanation; then follow-up and practical guidance on next steps.

Autism assessment for adults and children is £2,000. Ongoing medication management is £50 and follow-up appointments £250.
