Always a difficult journey, I’ve known for a long long time something within me was diffferent, it was only when a particularly vile colleague decided I’d stopped over the line by calling her out in public that I realised I had to do something . My life’s makes sense, BUT I’ve now discovered some of the triggers of my chaos. The most recent session has allowed me to seek medication to try and remove the diversionary thinking and stick to an objective . I’m nearly 60 and wish I could have seen this much earlier . I may well have Asperger’s it’s not a crime but I do need to know how to control my uber focus or what some see as a total lack of empathy . Few people get me, my parents did and nurtured the good bits . Not there yet but I’m getting there .

We really appreciate Gurmat with all the help he has provided. Couldn’t be any more happier as on first session he took his time and explained everything we needed to help our child. Gurmat is in the corrext role, he was born to do this! He puts on at ease and really understands the situation. Personable and totally neutral, Gurmat does not make you feel that you are being judged. His demeanor makes it easier to digest information relates to a very sensitive matter; mental health. If anyone is concerned that they may have mental health issues, or concerns for a loved one, I say give Gurmat a call. That will prove to be very much a step in the right direction.
