We have had a fantastic experience with Berkshire Psychology. We approached them to assess our son for ADHD and they undertook a thorough assessment, for ADHD and Autism, and we received an incredibly detailed report, showing that the clinicians involved had really understood our son, and with really helpful analysis of some of his behaviours. I would highly recommend Berkshire Psychology who have been helpful, supportive and very approachable throughout our assessment process.

Huge thanks to Jenny, Domanic, Helen, Harriet, and Lucy at Berkshire Psychology. I started my process on 2nd November and received my autism diagnosis on 12th December. From start to finish, communication was excellent. They were supportive, compassionate, and truly empathetic, especially when I was going through my own personal difficulties. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their work and the people they support. Harriet conducted my ADOS assessment and Dom was my clinical psychologist. I also had interactions with Jenny, who was absolutely amazing. Her support meant so much to me during some difficult moments. Helen was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process—myself and Helen spoke several times between starting the process and the end, and she was nothing but supportive. Lucy was also lovely and helpful whenever I interacted with her. I arrived with lifelong questions and uncertainty, and I left with clarity, resources, a full report, and a follow up appointment with Dom. Although coming to terms with my diagnosis has been a journey in itself, I know that the team is just a phone call or email away. They made every stage feel safe and thoughtful, always assessing the evidence to ensure the next step was worthwhile. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude. I can't recommend this service enough! Fantastic caring staff, from reception all the way through to diagnosis. The entire process was managed well, with clear communication from beginning to end. We had our son assessed by Berkshire Psychology in 2024. He was 8 years of age - and attending mainstream. The diagnosis process was very well managed at every stage and supported in a sensitive manner. The communication was absolutely excellent at every stage - from initial enquiry all the way through to the final diagnosis and processing of reports.
