I see I have the pleasure of being the first review for Clarus on Google. A quite surprising honour to be honest. Clarus, to me, is pretty much the mold for what the modern medical system should be, both private and public. By far my best experience with the medical field ever. I came to know of Clarus via Nuffield Health via my insurer Cigna. I was seeking ADHD diagnosis and treatment and I was very satisfied with the service. Dr. Agrawal is an excellent, diligent and knowledgeable professional. He is open and forthcoming with any information, concerns and suggestions. He was also diligent, asking for all sorts of tests to be carried out before starting any medication to minimise any risk of undesired side-effects. And probably my biggest praise: I feel listened to, and even involved in the treatment process, by being asked what I’d like to try first (after being given the full information about each option of course), what research I had done myself (if any) what concerns I had, etc. I feel addressed like an adult and a human that is aware of their own shortcomings and wants to improve, which is sadly not the case for most of the medical field… at least in my experience. And then on the non-medical, communication and scheduling side, Ash the Practice Manager is absolutely fantastic. My queries and requests never go unanswered, most of the written replies came in the same day with the biggest delay being the next day. They even replied to me during a weekend when I had some heart concerns from my medication. I’d love to be able to say what they are like on the phone but to be completely honest I’ve never had a reason to call them as written communication was always on point so I genuinely have no idea. The only downside to Clarus is being able to get an appointment. They appear to be very busy and sometimes the appointments can be really late in the day and potentially far into the future. I do very much appreciate the effort of finding the time to help me, doubly so when done at strange hours as I’m sure none of the people involved have a desire to work those hours, but it is something to bear in mind that they are busy and getting an appointment can be challenging. In closing, thank you Clarus professionals for all your hard work and help. I’ve been feeling great, my life has improved significantly and I’m excited to continue working with you to get better.
