Adult ADHD & Autism Assessments in Northampton

Dr Price Psychology is an HCPC-registered private psychology practice in Northampton specialising in adult ADHD and Autism assessments, therapy, and coaching. The practice takes a trauma-informed approach to all services.

ADHD Assessment Process

The assessment follows a two-part structure:

Part A - Initial Screening (1 hour) - £250

• Registration and paper screening
• Information gathering session
• Review of relevant documents

Part B - Full Assessment (1.5 hours) - £600

• Comprehensive diagnostic evaluation
• Feedback session
• Written report
• Correspondence with external providers

Total Assessment Cost: £850 (increasing for bookings from July 2025)

Important Notes

Dr Price Psychology does not offer in-house medication prescribing. However, they work with trusted partner agencies who can provide medication to eligible clients following a thorough health and suitability assessment conducted by the external provider.

They strongly encourage clients to discuss shared care arrangements with their GP before pursuing private assessment, to ensure continuity of care post-diagnosis.
