Kalena is truly outstanding! Her bright and infectious smile is the best I look forward to seeing her each time. She takes the time to listen and truly understand the day in day out of my life to better assist me with my mental health journey. You’re not just another patient you are actually heard and cared about. Now the front desk ladies are also great they are engaging and patient and willing to help always. It’s always fun to joke with them about always being too cold. Scheduling appointments is easy I definitely recommend trying to schedule ahead 2-3 months if you can it just makes it easier on everyone. Overall this is the best group I have worked with during my mental health journey.

I should have recognized the biggest red flag from Eric Alexander when he came out with a patient, and in a loud voice, announced her diagnosis and change in medication to her guardian. As he sniffled and coughed down the hallway to bring me to his office, he then proceeded to make fun of a weight loss medication I was on, criticize me, and make me feel really uncomfortable. I asked questions he never answered because he talks over his patients and has that God Complex far too many in this industry have. When Amazon Pharmacy couldn’t fulfill my prescription, he never notified me — nor did their office, and I had to send messages and leave voicemails to ask for updates about sending the prescription to a local pharmacy, which took a while in itself. When I requested an appointment with a different provider, the practice denied it. As a news reporter, a proud local psychologist, and human with dignity, I’m definitely recommending everyone I speak to in this field to go elsewhere.
