Modality LLP offers private ADHD assessments and ongoing treatment through psychiatrist-led consultations from their ADHD clinic in Birmingham. The service provides full diagnostic ADHD assessments conducted by experienced consultant psychiatrists for £650 for a 90-minute online consultation.

The comprehensive evaluation includes completion of questionnaires assessing symptom impact, full mental health history and examination, detailed childhood and developmental history, collateral information from people close to the patient, discussion of current difficulties, mental state observation, and evaluation of coexisting conditions.

Treatment options include both stimulant and non-stimulant medications with follow-up titration and annual reviews, CBT-based psychosocial interventions with psychologists, an ADHD coaching app for tracking lifestyle habits, and shared care agreements with GPs for ongoing management. The clinic is UKAS accredited and CQC registered, and accepts private medical insurance from BUPA, WPA, and Provident.
