I have noticed this year that they have recently become very busy over the phone so persevere, or email as they do try their bet to get back to you. My son went through a process of diagnosed 3 years ago and we return for annual reviews which go smoothly. The costs are typical I would say, and despite the premises looking a little basic, the service has always felt professional. The receptionist (Carol) is particularly helpful and personable, never rushing you even when busy.

Very poor service overall. Super eager and super quick to get you in for an initial consultation and follow up assessment with psychiatrist, pocket their £1000 and then take months before you hear anything or get you your report. Takes about the same amount of time to get someone on the phone or for them to generate an email response! My psychiatrist told me I would benefit from medication which will be another £250++ for the meds consult and prescription. Seems to be all about the money and not about good customer care which given how much they charge, is extremely poor!

I would choose zero stars if it’s an option, nothing good or even fair no responsiveness neither timeliness just nothing other than requesting documents and disappearing for few weeks then requesting more documents and re-disappearing , waste of time and effort there are much better options..

Totally different standard of care compared to 3 years ago when my son was assessed for ADHD and ASD. My daughter has textbook adhd symptoms but without seeing her in person (for half an hour on zoom call!) they decided she didn’t have ADHD- this cost £1100! Save yourself a lot of time and stress by going elsewhere.

Very quick to triage my son and pay the £1100 for an ADHD assessment with the time frame stated of up to 4 weeks to get the report from the assessment. 7 weeks later and it took making a formal complaint to get the report. A few weeks ago I was told he could have a medication appointment as the diagnosis was on their system, again time frame given was a few weeks. Again took an official complaint to get them to give me an appointment despite having submitted all the medical checks over 3 weeks before. The appointment has come through for 9 weeks time from now! They’d like their £450 now for the appointment though. Wish I had started the process elsewhere as until you have the report, no one else will see you for a medication appt, and some places won’t see you at all unless they’ve done the assessment. Very difficult and disappointing especially when you have to explain it all to a child in need of some fairly urgent help too. Whilst one made a complaint, no one there is remotely bothered by this.
