Assessment Process

Assessments follow NICE guidance in four stages: booking, structured online questionnaires completed in advance by you — and by a parent and teacher for children — a psychiatrist-led diagnostic appointment, and a written clinical report with personalised recommendations. Adult ADHD assessments use the DIVA structured diagnostic interview; the combined ADHD and autism pathway runs across three appointments and adds the ADI-R and ADOS.

Treatment and Ongoing Care

If you were diagnosed elsewhere, a £350 transfer-of-care consultation reviews that diagnosis and agrees a treatment plan. Where medication is prescribed, patients agree to monitoring that may include blood pressure, pulse, weight, blood tests and an ECG. Reviews are recommended during early treatment and then typically every six months.

Multidisciplinary Team

Five clinicians: three psychiatrists, including a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist on the GMC Specialist Register, alongside an HCPC-registered forensic psychologist and BABCP-accredited CBT therapist, and an assistant psychologist supporting the autism pathway. Talking therapy is £125 for a 50-minute session.
