I had a great experience yesterday at adhd treatment centre. The test is quite long but Tracy is very efficient and to the point with the questions. The pricing here is much fairer than any other private assessments I've seen. I very much recommend and if you are on the fence about an appointment and have been struggling I would say go for it as it's well worth it.

Hello 👋 After waiting on the NSH waiting list for over two years for my daughter to be assessed for ADHD I decided we waited long enough. I knew my daughter has ADHD bc I have been medicated for it for nearly 30 years. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree and with GCSE’s around the corner, I was tired of her struggling and thinking she wasn’t clever. That is far from the truth, she is brilliant in many ways and the school system has broken her confidence and I don’t want her living in this mindset. I know going private is expensive but what will be even more expensive is having a child grow up in a world that isn’t suited for the neurodivergent brain. If focusing was easy, the ADHD’er would have done it by now, it’s clearly as problem. Soooo I found Tracy online and booked in, I was able to get an appointment fast and was pleasantly surprised that the assessment was just at £500. Then the package deal for all the follow up appointments was another £500. This is a lot of private help for £1k! Compared to my experience at another location:. I had paid with Harley psychiatry nearly £3k just for the assessment and first few appointments. After that my therapy was £287 for 30mins! Every month for three months, then once every three months there after!! So ya, very expensive with other practices. Tracy charges £75 for the follow up appointments to discuss how the medication is working. This is much more reasonable/cost effective. They also send out letters to your child’s GP and have a service that sets up Shared Care plan. This means that after three months of the medication working well, you can have the NHS pay for the medication. Many of you may not know but there has been a worldwide shortage of a lot of ADHD medications and pharmacies have upped the cost of the ADHD medication. I used to pay £54 for my medication on a private prescription and now I’m paying £85 on that private prescription and sometimes £100 per month. Pharmacies are taken the Mick, so getting onto a shared care plan as soon as possible is extremely helpful and Tracy smooth the gap for you with your GO. What I’ve learned about Tracy is that she has also lived with ADHD and has completed medical school with the help of her medication. So not only does she understand this from a medical scientific point of view but from her own personal walk in life. being able to relate to someone is important and I found that my child was easily able to talk to Tracy with her kind and outgoing personality. As a parent, I felt as if I could trust her to make the best decision for my child. I am thankful that we have help with the ADHD centre, there’s a lot of money out there for autism but there isn’t enough out there for ADHD. a business that doesn’t put money first is a blessing. I’m so happy that I googled and found Tracy!

Excellent service. We had a diagnosis for our son of ADHD. Finally we were able to understand his needs and he could get adjustments at school. It suddenly all made sense!! We decided to trial medication which was a complete success. The intervention meant successful GCSE results and hope for a future where he can achieve what ever he wants. Thank you for the help and support. Tracey always answered emails promptly and offered appropriate guidance and support. We were an accepted onto a shared care agreement at the doctors within 6 months which means cheaper prescription costs moving forward.

I had my assessment and diagnosis two weeks ago. I am so grateful to get someone who listens takes me seriously, understands and helps.. Tracy completely understands the struggles of ADHD and how it impacts all areas of life. I felt comfortable and safe to share my experiences without being judged. The whole process was made easy. The aftercare has also been just as good, the whole team are really supportive and the medication is changing my life. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone who is struggling. From booking, to assessment and aftercare, there is consistent understanding and communication. Tracy really gets to know you and supports you and your family in every step of the process. The aftercare is outstanding, making you feel very looked after, on the right path and cared for. After experiencing other establishments, Tracy is such a breath of fresh air and has given us all hope. I couldn't recommend her enough.
