I was a patient sent by the general pharmaceutical council and lancs police to be assessed by Dr Haroon Moosa, who continue with their malfeasance about my false diagnosis to this very day. The doctor was trying to put a convincing case for a schizophrenia diagnosis in someone who was normal, by merely avoiding key questions about how the illness affects judgement and performance and how could the public be at risk( i.e infection )Also failed to mention a medication plan or any treatment or management for the condition. All the key points about schizophrenia circumstances and treatment were missing, which are well known to most professionals. The doctor has a reputation, it rests on medical fact and accuracy as well as being held accountable for what he signed on official papers.

Fast reply to email so 2 instead of 1. In crisis, on verge of un a living my self. Phone calls are triggering panic attacks. They won't help me, I would have paid. Only advice they gave is phone the crisis line. Did they read my email?

I have never written a google review previously but felt I should following my amazing experience with Dr Ram. My son was having panic attacks, he's neuro-diverse (ASD) and has always suffered with crippling anxiety. As a result he started having panic attacks, he didn’t leave the house for 4 months and didn’t attend school for 2 months. We were desperate to find him the right help and support because sadly we weren't getting anywhere with our GP or CAMHS. Luckily, I found The Therapy Company online. From the first telephone call I knew I had found the right place. Ashley was very friendly, listened to my concerns, was extremely empathetic and understanding. I explained to her how urgent the situation was, and we managed to arrange an appointment in less than one week. Ashley kept me updated fully on progress throughout and continues to do so. My son met with Dr Ram, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her down to earth approach. She was incredibly empathetic and caring. At our initial meeting she put my son at ease immediately and really took the stress out of a very stressful situation. Her warm approach and great sense of humour makes a significant difference in our experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate and knowledgeable psychiatric care. We have been seeing Dr Ram for over 7 months now and I cannot believe the change in my son. It has not been an easy journey, but Dr Ram has been with us every step of the way. When I have been upset or concerned about my son she has always put my mind at ease. As a family we feel so relieved that we have finally found Dr Ram who we will continue meet regularly to support us longer term. If you are contemplating whether The Therapy Company is the right choice, my advice is please do not hesitate. Words can never express how grateful I am to Dr Ram for the support she is providing.

I have had mental problems since 2019. I have seen different doctors etc but with no help really given. Last year, 2023, I decided to go private. I got in touch with Therapy House and arranged an appointment. From the first appointment with Dr Hussain I thought that it would be start of my improvement. I then met Laura, my Therapist, and together they have guided me on the right path. When you walk into their office you met with friendly faces who I know regard as my friends. I am not there yet but on my way. I cannot thank them enough for turning my life around. I can strongly recommend The Therapy. Thanks again, Bernard
