Paediatrician-Led ADHD Assessments for Children in Dorset

Total Children's Therapy (TCT) is a private therapy practice specialising in supporting children, with clinics in Ashley Cross (Poole) and Westbourne (Bournemouth). Established in 2006, the practice provides gold-standard ASD and ADHD diagnostic services.

ADHD Assessment Service

The ASD & ADHD assessment service is led by Dr Mughal, who has extensive experience in neurodevelopmental conditions. The paediatrician-led service offers:

• ADHD assessments for children aged 6-17 years (must be in education)
• Initial appointments within 4-6 weeks of enquiry
• Multi-disciplinary assessment approach

Important Notes

This is a diagnostic pathway only. If an ADHD diagnosis is given, recommendations are made following NICE guidelines regarding behavioural strategies. TCT is not a Right to Choose practice.

Facilities

Both clinics have onsite car parking including parent and child bays and disabled spaces. The sites are wheelchair-friendly and have accessible toilets.
