I ultimately had a really poor experience with Zenvite during my Saudi visa medical. The doctor was very polite and positive, but the admin side was chaotic. After paying £260, Zenvite did complete the main visa medical form, but they didn't follow the original instructions they were given at the outset - instructions that clearly required all lab results to be provided. In fairness, my visa agent did come back piecemeal asking for different bits of information, and Zenvite did eventually respond each time, but only after multiple days each time. All of that back-and-forth could have been avoided if the doctor had simply followed the initial guidance. In the end, they still withheld two essential lab reports, which meant my visa agent had to step in to produce them so my appointment wouldn't fall apart. What I did get was a snotty and defensive email. This is after I took a day off work to visit the practice to speak to someone in person, and the practice was completely closed with no one on site at 11am on a Tuesday, and the phones being manned by someone who didn’t work at the practice (who assured me it would be sorted, before I received the final communication contradicting this). Overall, the admin side was slow, unclear, and didn't deliver what I paid for. I don’t think they have the experience or the organisation to reliably complete Medical Examinations for Visa purposes.

Can’t praise Zenevite highly enough. Daughter damaged her knee a week before being due to go to work in America for 3 months. Had to move quickly or her trip was in jeopardy of not going ahead. Met with Doctor Shari on the Tuesday evening where he gave a thorough examination. She had been to hospital where they believed she had a meniscus tear however Doctor Shari believed it was a strain. He did her referral to get the private MRI and when the results came through got them straight over with a letter which satisfied the insurance. All this was done in 3 days. Can’t thank him enough for his help. Would not hesitate to go back to Zenevite again.

Awful after care. My poor mum is in desperate need of her prescription. Doctor Alex promised to send a letter to our GP with the new prescription details. It’s been 6 weeks now and despite several phone calls, emails there has been no reply. The NHS surgery cannot supply the new prescription without the letter. So that’s £200 pounds wasted as now my mum has to go and see the GP and get retested. I’m absolutely livid - it’s put her under an enormous amount of stress. All we need is what was promised.

Emailed with a query. No response. Called twice over several days to ask for either an email response or verbal over the phone. Both times told they couldn’t respond over the phone and someone would respond to me that evening. Never happened. Seems like a big red flag.
