The entire experience with CADS has been brilliant from start to finish. I initially chose to enquire about an Autism assessment with CADS for my teenage son after a recommendation from a friend of a friend. From the initial email enquiry Tania and Astrid have been amazing. They are both extremely passionate, knowledgable, understanding and helpful at every step of the way. As a family, Autism isn’t new to us and my eldest child was diagnosed through the NHS a number of years ago which took almost 2 years from start to finish after years of research and seeking answers. We were able to get seen, assessed and receive an outcome within a couple of months at CADS. The service was exceptional and the report we received was numerous pages long explaining each area of concern in detail alongside support recommendations for both home and school. (A stark contrast to my other child’s 3 sentence NHS diagnosis!) I will be recommending these ladies to everyone who I encounter that is looking at going down the private route for an assessment.

I could not shout any louder about these ladies and what they have done for me and my little one who is autistic and we had been waiting NHS appointments for nearly 2 years. I had the opportunity to go private so I absolutely did and it was money very well spent, the assessments they did was amazing and they work really hard to get to know the children and adults they work with and keep you very informed through the whole process and are extremely detailed when doing the wnd reports that was amazing to read and shocking how amazing and speedy they can work and the professionalism is next to none!! I was extremely happy and there is also alot of companies that offer this service that are NOT NHS approved but these guys are and the doctor added the information no problem so overall I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a little help Thank you ladies ❤️

We recently went through the process of assessment and diagnosis with CADS for my 5 year old son. It was not an easy step for us to take, and we began with a lot of uncertainties and worries about him and his future. Tania and Astrid have been so knowledgeable, kind and understanding throughout. I imagine the process could’ve been a lot more challenging and stressful otherwise. My son is extremely anxious, but he was very comfortable with Tania’s lovely encouraging manner and that doesn’t come easily for him at all. Tania and Astrid are clearly very passionate about the important work that they do. The whole process has been so insightful, helping us to understand his needs and also to appreciate his strengths. We’ve learnt how to manage his anxiety at home and in school, and have a plan to access more support to help him in future. I can’t quite put into words the impact Tania and Astrid have had on my son’s autism journey, and can wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody in the same position as us.

Our family have used CADS twice now. Its clear to see that Astrid and Tania are experts in their field. They are friendly, approachable, and down to earth, which makes the whole experience nicer. We would recommend CADS to anyone who is seeking diagnosis and does not want to wait many years, with unknown quality and experience of the clinician you might see on the NHS.
