About FasTreat

Online Adult ADHD Assessment and Ongoing Care Across the UK

FasTreat is an online-only ADHD service for adults aged 18 and over anywhere in the UK, run by FocusPath Ltd and registered with the CQC. The initial assessment costs £199 (a launch price), and treatment continues through a £99-a-month care membership.

Why Choose FasTreat?

  • What the assessment includes: medical history screening, a 45-minute online questionnaire assessment, a 45-minute video evaluation with a GMC-registered doctor and a written diagnostic report, for £199
  • Ongoing care membership: £99 a month (or £999 a year) covers titration, dose adjustment, symptom tracking and unlimited messaging with your clinician; follow-up appointments, including medication initiation, are £89 each for members
  • Medication is paid separately: prescriptions go to a partner pharmacy, which charges for the medication itself and can deliver it to your home
  • Evening and weekend appointments: appointments take place online (the diagnostic appointment is a Zoom video call), with a patient portal for your report and messages
  • Shared care support: once your dose is stable, FasTreat can prepare shared care documentation for your GP (£100, plus an £89 end-of-titration review if clinically required); whether to accept is your GP practice's decision

Assessment Process

The assessment starts with validated questionnaires covering ADHD, depression, anxiety and mood (ASRS, PHQ-9, GAD-7 and MDQ), followed by a 45-minute video interview with a GMC-registered doctor using DSM-5 criteria. If you were diagnosed elsewhere, FasTreat still completes its own assessment before taking over your care, although you can upload previous reports.

Clinical Team and Funding

The team is led by Medical Director Dr Islam Heliel, a consultant psychiatrist, and includes consultant psychiatrists, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and prescribing pharmacists. FasTreat also supports adults with anxiety, low mood and sleep problems alongside ADHD. The service is private and self-funded: it is not NHS-funded, it is not available under Right to Choose, and it does not bill insurers directly, although it provides receipts you can use to claim.
