Utterly useless, just advised me to see the gp for my ear infection and seemed very confused about what to advise. No care at all or not wanting to listen to issue a prescription for any pain killers or antibiotics/help for the pain I’m in. Really disappointed. Don’t know why my workplace uses this service they are being conned. I’ve used this service twice now through my work and both “gps” have been woeful.

This service really is as bad as the other reviews. It was advertised on my NHS app and I used it as I needed an urgent appointment. The GP called me two minutes early. They then claimed to have called me two more times but they did not and my phone records prove it. Will not give me a refund for the appointment even though they messed up. Customer service told me use the video call next time as the phone call is unreliable. You don’t say. Avoid.

Absolute waste of time. I spoke to someone earlier in the day toarrange an appointment and explained my symptoms of what I believed to be an access and was told that they would issue me with a prescription over the phone. The next available time I could speak with a GP was 12.15am so took it as I didn't want the pain and just wanted some antibiotics to take away the infection. The GP then went on to say she couldn't do that without an examination from a dentist. I could have booked a dentist appointment for a few weeks away when the infection would have probably gone away by itself or will just have to be in agony for a few weeks when the dentist can just gibe me a prescription. Absolutely pointless service that I mist certainly won't be using again and will be suggesting to work to just get rid as it's a waste of time

Absolutely ridiculous! I got a Gp appointment with health hero for 13:30 today through work due to not being able to get an appointment with my regular GP for another 2 weeks and at 13:35 I got a very unhelpful call from a guy saying my appointment has been cancelled and the best they could do was to reschedule me for 16:30 today when my pharmacy has closed and I am unable to get anywhere else! They were so unhelpful and has caused a lot of anxiety for me!! Now what do I do?! I won’t be able to get any medication until after the weekend and I am really ill!
