Expert Clinical Leadership

Neurodevelopmental Consultants Clinic carried out a combined assessment for our son and it couldn't have been more thorough! Dr Syed Naqvi and team were not only incredibly professional but also very kind and at every step of the way put our son's needs first. They took the time to really understand and answered all the many (many!) questions we had. We all felt really listened to and their final report is so in depth! Various other professionals have commented on how extensive it is and having been previously rejected for an EHCP assessment we were accepted once we were able to produce their report. As well as the results of the assessment, the report listed many recommendations for best supporting our son both whilst he's at school but also at home and we're already beginning to see improvements in his anxiety levels and are experiencing a calmer household. We are so grateful. We hoped for and expected a professional approach but the additional support and kindness that has gone alongside that, from each member of the team, has been exceptional. We can't recommend them highly enough.

We honestly can't thank the Neurodevelopmental Consultants Clinic enough. Our child was really struggling, was at risk of being excluded from school, and family life had become incredibly stressful. We felt like we had nowhere else to turn. One of the biggest reasons we chose NDCC was that there was no waiting list. We were able to get an ADHD assessment quickly instead of waiting months, which made such a huge difference at a time when we desperately needed help. The assessment was so thorough. It wasn't just one person giving an opinion – it was a multidisciplinary team (MDT) assessment, which gave us real confidence that the diagnosis had been carefully considered from every angle. Even though our child's needs were quite complex, we felt listened to and understood throughout. Dr Naqvi and Dr Fullen were absolutely brilliant. They were kind, patient and never made us feel rushed. They explained everything in a way that made sense and really put both us and our child at ease. It was also reassuring to know that the clinic doesn't just diagnose ADHD and send you on your way. They also provide ADHD medication, ongoing reviews and can arrange shared care with your GP once everything is stable, which has made the whole process much less stressful. If you're looking for a private ADHD assessment for your child, especially if you're facing a long NHS waiting list or have a more complex situation, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend NDCC. The care, professionalism and support we received have genuinely changed things for our whole family. Thank you so much!

We had an excellent experience with NDC Clinic during the combined ADHD and Autism assessment for my son. Our son has a very complex presentation. They reassured us that they have the experience and expertise to deal with complex cases and they dealt with our son exceptionally well. They have no waiting list for assessment or medication. From the first contact, the communication was clear, prompt and professional. Dr Naqvi took the time to speak with me personally and explain the process, even though the written information we had already received was very clear. That made us feel reassured before the appointment. The assessment took place face to face at the Tower Clinic, which was a welcoming and comfortable setting. Dr Naqvi and Dr Fullen were kind, patient and able to put my son at ease. The assessment itself felt very thorough, and it was reassuring to know that a multidisciplinary team/MDT was involved in the diagnostic decision-making. We were given feedback on the same day, which was extremely helpful, and both clinicians answered our questions during the feedback. The written report that followed was detailed, comprehensive and practical. We shared it with a psychologist friend, who was also impressed by the quality and depth of the report. Most importantly, the recommendations were relevant to my son and have helped his school put the right support and accommodations in place. We have already seen a positive difference. NDC Clinic were also able to offer a medication pathway, and my son has responded well to medication so far. They offer shared care agreements/arrangements with GPs. Fortunately, our GP has agreed to enter into shared care with NDC Clinic. After a previous disappointing experience elsewhere, I only wish we had found NDCC sooner. We are very grateful for the care, professionalism and quality of the service we received. I would highly recommend NDCC to other families seeking a thorough neurodevelopmental assessment.

A professional and well organised service with clear communication and a respectful approach. The team present as thoughtful and considered in the way they work, and the overall structure of the service appears well managed. There is a clear focus on professionalism and maintaining high standards throughout Assessments are thorough and person-centred, with strong multidisciplinary input and clear, respectful communication throughout the process. From a clinician’s perspective, the team are supportive, reflective and clearly committed to best practice in neurodevelopmental assessment. I would have confidence in the care and consideration given to individuals and families accessing the service.
