I recently attended Nightingale Hospital after being recalled following a recent routine mammogram. I was absolutely beside myself with worry and when I arrived I advised that I suffered with anxiety and panic attacks and my levels were through the roof. The staff were so kind, patient and caring and reassured me through every proceedure. Lucky it turned out to be a cyst and this was dealt with during my visit. I honestly can't thank the nurses and doctors enough, you do an amazing job, keep up the good work. Thank you again. x

I can’t thank all the staff at the Nightingale enough for my experience in a 28 day treatment programme. The range of sessions, assignments, and treatment has been well thought out and very impactful. The facilities are great and the catering is delicious. I was a day patient here for three months this year. Great professionals (shoutout to Ariela, Gwen, Diana, Sumitra, Anuk, Debra). The food at the courtyard restaurant is also very good.

Price was extortionate for the treatment I got. Rooms were worse than dorm rooms, food was like school lunch. Receptionist is extremely rude. Regret going there, consider going somewhere else with better facilities if you’re going to be spending that amount of money.

Extremely disappointed with outpatient therapy services here. The admin staff seemed untrained and unfamiliar with basic therapy processes, which has led to significant confusion and delays. High staff turnover, with people leaving or being dismissed regularly, a sign of poor internal management. Overall, the whole experience was disorganised and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
