The family psychologist have been incredible. My daughter was diagnosed with both autism and adhd. The process was quick. The assessors were really understanding and caring and generally listened to all of my concerns doing their best to help in every single way they could. They have been the only people to listen and help and I know that even though my daughter has been diagnosed if I had any problems I could phone and they’d still do their best to help. Couldn’t be anymore thankful to them for everything they have done. Definitely reccomend! Thankyou so much family psychologist our family appreciate all of your kindness so much!!

I had my autism assessment with Sarah and I honestly can’t thank her enough for the support she gave me throughout the entire process. I was quite anxious, and some of the assessment tasks felt awkward and uncomfortable, but Sarah had such a kind, calming presence that she made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, answered my questions with patience, and never made me feel rushed or judged. Her compassion, understanding, and genuine care made what could have been a very overwhelming experience feel safe and reassuring. Receiving an autism diagnosis as an adult is such a significant moment, and I’m incredibly grateful that Sarah was the person who guided me through it. She made me feel seen, understood, and accepted. She is truly in the right profession, and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I had my son’s autism assessment recently and the whole process from submitting paperwork to diagnosis was faultless. The team are absolutely brilliant and super efficient. Absolutely cannot fault them at all, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease. Thank you so much for everything 🩵

I just wanted to send some feedback over in regards to my daughter’s observation appointment. The whole process was so positive and prompt! When we arrived at the Kidderminster office we were made to feel so welcome and at ease! Orin (apologies if spelt wrong!) came down to my daughters level who was sat on the floor playing with toys and introduced herself in the most nurturing and kind matter and explained everything that was going to happen. With that my daughter instantly warmed to her and went with her independently for her observation (she would never leave us usually but that showed what a kind nature orin had). We then met with Emma for the parent review and she was absolutely amazing! Instantly felt comfortable with Emma, so welcoming and patient with my adhd Brain trying to remember everything we needed to say! She didn’t rush us or judge, just so professional and warm. I really wanted to praise Orin and Emma on our session, after having so much negative experience with outside agencies it was a breath of fresh air! Thank you for such a positive experience and since have been talking highly about your company and staff - I work with SEN children myself who are going through a similar journey to us so to know they could work with people like Orin and Emma is amazing. Thanks again
