This place does not deserve 1 star the amount of lies been told is unreal told me last august 2025 25 week wait now in july 2026 52 weeks wait awlful place . The reviews say it all

This review is for The Owl Centre - Harrow and the Customer Service Team, My son was referred to the Owl Centre back in February. We were advised we would be contacted in March. We were, our appts were booked a day apart for the April. My appointment was via teams the lady I spoke with was truly lovely and helpful (India), my sons appt was the following day at location in Harrow. The staff at the premises were all really nice snd helpful. I didn’t attend the assessment as my son is 17. He said the lady was really nice and was patience with him. I then had to contact the customer service centre just for some help regarding the next steps etc. The lady and gentleman I spoke with were really helpful and helped me with my query quickly and efficiently. I was then contacted regarding the outcome and the reported followed there after.

This set up doesnt even deserve a 1 star! Our grandson in our care was referred to this place by a paediatric consultant in Hampshire when we lived there. Through no fault of our own we had to move to a different part of the UK but his consultant wanted them to finalise his assessment as he is severky autistic. We completed several questionnaires and had just 1 appointment pending for his final diagnosis for the much needed confirmation he needed to get him the help he so desperately needs. I advised them we had moved out of area but we're happy to travel back on several occasions and continued to work with them..in February they were sent a letter from. his school, his Hampshire consultant and an educational psychologist to speed up the process as his condition was now affecting his younger sibling! I emailed and emailed and emailed with no one bothering to reply I called them.and the phone was answered by the same woman I had been emailing To be told they could no longer treat him because we had moved, I was told they had written to me at my old address in Hampshire to say that as we no longer lIved in the area he would be discharged???? Why write to me in Hampshire to tell me I had moved out of the area???? Absolute joke they clearly don't care about the welfare of the child and they fail to follow a highly qualified consultant in paediatrics I wouldt trust them with my dog let alone a vulnerable child!! Disgusting service i bet they would have seen him if we had paid Luckily within a week.we met a paediatrician in our new area who was appalled with what they had done and gave him his diagnosis the same day! This will be sent to CQC along with all paperwork and email trails DO NOT TRUST THIS BUNCH OF CHARLATANS WITH ANY VULNERABLE PERSON
