I recently had an exceptional experience at Haven Medical that I felt compelled to share. My partner called in the morning, and just an hour later, we had an appointment for our six-year-old son, who has type one diabetes. We had originally contacted our regular doctor's office, only to be told that the next available appointment wouldn't be until New Year's Eve, which was frankly unacceptable given my son's high temperature and persistent cough. Upon arriving at Haven Medical, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member at the front desk, which immediately put us at ease. The doctor who examined our son was thorough and attentive, taking the time to ensure that all our concerns were addressed. She provided a prescription for antibiotics and never rushed through the appointment, making sure we felt comfortable and informed. The entire process was smooth, and we were seen just five minutes before our scheduled time, which was impressive. I can't recommend Haven Medical enough; the quality of service we received was outstanding. We will definitely be returning for future healthcare needs and are more than willing to pay for the excellent care they provide!

My experience at Haven Medical was very good. As requested I arrived 5mins before my appointment and was welcomed into a comfortable warm waiting room and was immediately offered a nice cup of coffee. Dr Qureshi called me into the consultation room on time and carried out The Nerve Conduction Studies on both my hands. At each stage he kept me informed about what he was doing and why. At the end of the tests he gave me a summary of the results so it is now up to my private surgeon to decide the next step to improve my hand functions. The test were absolutely painless.

My husband needed an urgent appointment to see an ENT consultant and Haven Medical where able to get him booked in very quickly. He saw Kate Heathcote who was absolutely brilliant! She took the time to listen to his concerns, provided prompt tests and also pulled out all the stops to get him very quick tests at the Harbour Hospital aswell. The reception staff, nurses and Kate where so professional and friendly and really did put his mind at ease during our visit. It was a very comfortable visit and we would definitely use Haven Medical again in the future if we need it. Highly recommend Haven Medical for anyone looking for a professional, efficient and friendly team.
