CBT has been invaluable with Rachael as she understands from an adhd perspective the struggles to try and slow down reactions and tools for better emotional regulation. The best therapy I've had hands down. My diagnosis experience and medication titration was also exceptional with Alice she couldn't have been more understanding, knowledgeable and the help going forward was seamless. Like a lot of other adults I'd been putting off having an ADHD assessment for years and years for a bunch of different worries. My assessor was really friendly, caring, and really good at putting me at ease. I didn't feel like I was being interrogated or cross examined, unlike other medical experiences, or like I needed to convince them by giving them every single experience I've ever had. Post diagnosis they're being very helpful and handholding me through the (complicated) process, whilst being aware of difficulties with drop out etc, without being patronising. I'm only at the start of the journey but I'd definitely recommend this clinic so far!

I was diagnosed with ADHD 4 years ago by the ADHD Nurse. I had a follow up assessment with Alice today via Zoom. Alice instantly made me feel at ease with her calm and friendly approach and happy smile. She covered all areas and explained options re medication and gave me some handy tips on how to chip away at some tasks that currently feel quite overwhelming. Thank you :-)

I received my initial assessment and diagnosis with The ADHD Nurse one year ago. My life and wellbeing is significantly better not just from getting a diagnosis and medication, but specifically from how well The ADHD Nurse operates as a healthcare provider. I have been with the ADHD nurse for approximately four years and so far, have had a fantastic experience. The assessment process was thorough yet very approachable, and I felt truly listened to and understood for the first time in a long while. If you're considering going private for an ADHD assessment, I’d absolutely recommend it. It was worth every penny for the clarity and support I received, without the long waiting lists or uncertainty. Since starting treatment under their care, I’ve noticed a real difference in how I manage my symptoms. The support I’ve received, including medication, has helped massively and significantly improved my life. I now feel more focused, less overwhelmed, and more hopeful.
